When Can Cannisco & T3 Advisors Help Me With My Early Application Until?

Cannisco & T3 Advisors cutoff for working with early applicants is December 1, 2026

How Many Licenses Will Be Available For Processing And Agriculture?

10 processing and 10 cultivation licenses available.

What Is The Fee Once You Get Your License?

One time fee of $500,000 paid to the Authority if a Hemp Operator

What If There Are More People That Apply For A License Than They Have Available?

If more impact licensee applicants apply than the # of licenses available, then the impact licensees go through an initial lottery and if not chosen are placed in the general lottery.

Are You Applying To Be A Micro-Business?

  • Up to 100 Micro-business licenses available

  • Vertically Integrated Operations, can only own 1 license if you pursue this type

  • Maximum of two properties, must be within 20 miles of each other

  • No single operation can occur at more than one location
